Video Case Study: How to Teach Kaizen
Our friends over at the Lean blog found a good video case study from the TV show ER on how to (and how not to?) do kaizen in healthcare.
Take some hints from this, and do some role playing between your managers and team leaders.
How would you handle similar situations in teaching kaizen in your hospital, factory or office?
It's not often that you can learn something useful from prime time television.
